Finding Exceptional Leaders

You may call it head hunting, we call it Finding Exceptional Leaders. Through our individual coaching practice, we come to know our clients very well. These clients want to make a career transition and we can steer them toward your team.  This is radically different than traditional head hunting.

This program has 2 steps:

   Find a leader and

   Integrate the leader in their new role

 

The integration includes weekly one-on-one coaching with the new hire and their leader. The goal is to ensure that the new hire is up and running quickly. Duration of the program is 2 months.
